We're looking for a driven Recruiter who can spot great talent, spark excitement at job fairs, and keep our hiring pipeline moving. This role is 100% on site at our Sun Prairie, WI location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Effectively source and screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and assists with interview process
• Collaborates with HR Compliance & Talent Specialist on hard to fill roles and refining best hiring practices
• Attends and participate in job fairs and other recruiting events
• Identify new and creative avenues for recruiting

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR work
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment or multitasking across multiple responsibilities
• Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong communication skills - comfortable talking to candidates in person and over the phone
• Ability to stay organized, manage schedules, and handle multiple open roles at once
• Prior experience with ATS or HRIS software required
• Prior exposure to home services, trade environments, or blue-collar recruiting strongly preferred
