Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring clear and courteous communication
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or medical-related questions
  • Enter data efficiently into the computer system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments or follow-up calls as needed
  • Follow established phone etiquette standards to foster positive customer relationships
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service quality
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and updates relevant to the role

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service or medical office environment preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and patience
  • Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving situations
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $27.16 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
