Commercial Cleaner

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other designated areas within commercial buildings
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe work environment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus
