Job Summary: The Affordable Housing Property Manager, under the supervision of the Regional Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an individual apartment community and strict compliance with all rules and regulations set force by the state and local regulatory agencies as it relates to affordable housing. This position requires the leadership to effectively operate the property to meet regulatory requirements as well as ownership's goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:

1. Demonstrates Company Core Values.

2. Manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned property to include, maintenance, leasing, and grounds.

3. Monitors and ensures property compliance with all Affordable Housing and Public Housing Agency program reporting and regulations.

4. Leads, trains, and manages office staff to achieve operational excellence and remain compliant with company policies and procedures and all applicable regulations and standards.

5. Communicates regularly with Regional Manager regarding property updates, issues and personnel concerns.
