We are a creative and marketing agency that helps businesses grow through high-quality, story-driven video content. Our work includes short-form social media content, long-form YouTube and podcast edits, brand storytelling, and performance-focused marketing videos.

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor who is technically capable, detail-oriented, and excited to work in an in-office creative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Perform color correction and basic color grading to maintain consistent visual quality
• Create motion graphics including lower thirds, transitions, and logo animations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with editors, marketing leads, and brand stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and goals
• Implement feedback efficiently and communicate clearly around creative decisions
• Stay current with editing trends, platform updates, and audience behavior

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Experience working in a marketing agency or in-house creative team
• Digital portfolio or showreel demonstrating strong storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (primary editing software)
• Working knowledge of color grading workflows and finishing techniques
• Experience implementing motion graphics and understanding common video formats
• Strong communication skills and ability to receive and apply feedback
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

AI & Emerging Tools

This role will support and experiment with AI-assisted creative tools, including:

• AI video tools for editing assistance, short-form generation, and repurposing
• AI audio tools for dialogue cleanup, sound design, music generation, and voice processing
• AI image generation for thumbnails, creative concepts, and visual assets

Hands-on experience is a plus, but curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with post-production audio (sound design and mixing)
• Experience working on Apple computers
• Familiarity with tools such as OpusClip, Artlist, or similar platforms
• Experience managing or troubleshooting NAS systems
• On-set production experience
• Social media marketing experience
