Responsibilities:

● Take pride in your work

● Be on time to ensure timelines and deadlines are met

● Take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we're all goofballs here)

● Cleaning according to company standards established during training

● The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client's specifications

● Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly

Qualifications:

● 18 years and older

● Good physical stamina & strength - able to be on your feet, cleaning for hours at a time, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds

● Strong attention to detail

● Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills

● Highly proficient in Reliability

● Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle

● Must be able to work independently while also coordinating with the managerial team

● Must pass a drug test and background check

● English (Required)
