Server/Bartender

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and customer preferences

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations

• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register efficiently

• Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol serving guidelines

• Collaborate with the team to create new drink recipes and promotions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bartending within restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet settings is advantageous

• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients - Familiarity with square or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic restaurant environment

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
