About Hydralive Therapy

At Hydralive Therapy, our mission is to help clients feel their best by addressing the cumulative effects of dehydration through a common, minimally invasive therapy. We deliver fluids, vitamins, medications, and nutritional supplements intravenously—directly into the bloodstream—to support relief from a variety of everyday wellness concerns. Our therapies are administered by experienced, board-certified registered nurses and are designed to be safe, professional, and effective.

Position Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to support our Tampa Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, polished client experience from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do

  • Create a warm, seamless front-desk experience for every client and visitor
  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Schedule appointments and help maintain an accurate, organized calendar
  • Provide exceptional customer support in person, by phone, and via messaging
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory to keep the clinic running smoothly
  • Develop strong knowledge of our services to confidently answer client questions
  • Uphold office etiquette, confidentiality, and a consistently professional demeanor
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine ability to build rapport
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy, client-facing setting
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client information
  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Ability to commute: ______________________ (required)

Job Details

  • Job Type: Part-time

  • Pay: $16.00 per hour

  • Expected Hours: 4.5–27 per week

  • Shifts: 4.5-hour shift and 9-hour shift options
