Responsibilities

• Engage with customers primarily in person across designated areas to provide outstanding support and promote our products or services
• Assist clients with questions, product recommendations, and issue resolution with professionalism and efficiency
• Conduct field outreach and territory visits to follow up on leads, introduce new offerings, and identify opportunities for growth
• Accurately process transactions, handle basic payments, and complete necessary data entry using company systems
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activity, field notes, and territory updates using Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive customer experiences and build trust
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and support territory expansion initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, field sales, or support roles is highly preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse communities
• Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for connecting with a broader customer base
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
• Ability to multitask effectively and assess customer needs with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with field outreach, in-person sales, or territory-based work is desirable
• Excellent customer etiquette, professional appearance, and active listening skills
• Basic cash handling experience and typing proficiency for efficient service and transaction processing
