  • Collaborate closely with engineers, machine operators, and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Maintain precise and accurate documentation for assembly procedures, test results, and project milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to root-cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean projects and daily operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required. (Black Belt or demonstrated project experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience or strong academic background in a manufacturing or product assembly environment.
  • Solid understanding of Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and quality control methods.
  • Proficiency with basic measurement tools, technical documentation, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to make a visible impact on our processes and products.
  • Direct mentorship and reporting to the Engineering Manager.
  • A collaborative work environment where your ideas are valued.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
