About
Mr. Appliance of West Central Ohio, Inc. is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative. This job is located in Lima, Ohio, in a small call center. This franchise is independently owned and operated.
This is a full-time and long term position, with 40 hours per week. The operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with a one hour lunch. There is a 90 day probationary period in which time off, tardiness, and call offs are not permitted.
This position includes a benefits package, which includes:

Hourly pay at $16.00/hr.
The CSR duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering a multi-line phone in a call center setting, booking customers using the own the call and save the call techniques
-Ordering parts for customer jobs daily
-Scheduling customers for same day and future dated appointments
-Performing routine back order status checks, searching for an alternative and regularly updating the expected delivery date and the customer on the current status
-Working directly with part venders, manufacturers, etc. to get part issues resolved and customers taken care of efficiently
-Assisting other departments as necessary
-Keeps a neat and tidy work station and performs cleaning tasks as assigned
-Miscellaneous tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years customer service experience required
-Previous call center, inventory, or part experience is preferred but not required
-Ability to report to work each day and on time
-Ability to pass a background. check, drug screen, and nicotine test
Compensation: $33,280.00 per year
