Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Electrician to lead and execute complex electrical projects across diverse settings. Duties

• Lead the planning, installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to ensure accurate implementation of electrical designs.
• Install, maintain, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment such as ohmmeters.
• Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate industrial processes efficiently and reliably.
• Manage electrical work on construction sites by coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local regulations for safety and quality assurance.
• Conduct inspections of electrical installations to verify compliance with schematics, blueprints, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Supervise apprentices or junior electricians on-site while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues involving high voltage systems or industrial equipment using diagnostic tools.
• Document all work performed through detailed reports, logs, and compliance records for project accountability.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Master Electrician certification with relevant state or local licensing requirements.
• Extensive experience in industrial electrician work with a strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial automation systems.
• Proven experience working on commercial projects involving renovation or new construction with a focus on safety standards.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics accurately.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), low voltage systems, high voltage installations, and construction site safety protocols.
• Skilled in using hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, screwdrivers; power tools including drills; testing devices like ohmmeters; and power supplies for troubleshooting purposes.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to diagnosing electrical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, engineers, and project managers.
