About the Role

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – Agentic Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems
  integrating LLMs, planning modules, memory, and tool-use capabilities.
• Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks
  for enterprise use cases (customer service, operations, R&D).
• Build and manage cloud-native AI pipelines
  using AWS services (Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Define and enforce
  AI governance, safety, and ethical standards
  .
• Evaluate and integrate open-source and proprietary AI tools (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel).
• Lead
  proof-of-concept (PoC)
  initiatives and scale successful prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in
  Agentic AI, autonomous systems, and cognitive architectures
  .

Minimum Qualifications:

• Generative AI Expertise: LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, vector search.
• Agentic AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.
• AWS Cloud Services: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps, AI observability, and monitoring best practices.
• Knowledge of AI safety, interpretability, and alignment principles.
• Experience with multi-agent simulations, reinforcement learning, or cognitive architectures.

Position Information

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual (salary/hourly rate) for this position is between ($140,000 – 145,000 annually)/($ per hour). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
