General Manager

Krause Auto is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations in Southeast Florida. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in automotive management and a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of dealership operations, ensuring excellence in both sales and service while fostering a motivated and high-performing team.

MUST HAVE GENERAL MANAGER EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOBILE OPERATIONS

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all dealership departments.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Hire, train, and mentor management and staff to ensure a high level of performance and engagement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with a focus on maximizing profitability.
• Promote a safe and positive work environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and finance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work in Southeast Florida and travel as needed.
