General Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of crew members, shift leaders, and assistant managers
• Drive top-line sales and profitability by executing company standards and local store marketing
• Manage all day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, hiring, and training
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are always met
• Create a positive work environment that fosters growth, accountability, and fun
• Deliver outstanding service and food that makes guests want to come back again and again

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (pizza or QSR experience a plus)
• Proven track record of hiring, training, and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong business acumen with a focus on customer service and operational excellence
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• ServSafe Certified or willingness to obtain
