Host/Hostess

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Host to join our team at a vibrant dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

• Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive
• Assist guests in finding tables and provide them with menus
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Communicate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of service
• Handle phone inquiries and reservations with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain a tidy and organized front-of-house area

• Prior experience in guest services or hospitality industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Familiarity with POS systems for seating assignments
• Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling reservations
• Strong customer service skills to enhance guest relations

• Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar software
• Background in food service or related field
• Understanding of restaurant operations and procedures
