What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead end-to-end development, release, and lifecycle management of service applications and tooling
• Drive productivity and process engineering projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage project planning, scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and execution tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate project meetings for effective communication
• Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and critical milestones to leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
• Proven experience managing technology or engineering projects within a regulated environment
• Proficiency with standard business and productivity tools (MS Office suite)
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, design controls, and structured development processes
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to lead without authority

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with ERP/HCM systems such as Workday is desirable
• Background in design engineering, service tooling, or hardware/software product development
