Our Mission at Fogg Street Lawn Club is to strive to be the best venue in Nashville where friends and families can gather to watch live Premier League and MLS soccer matches, compete in the rich traditional gameplay of British style lawn bowling, and enjoy delicious British Pub inspired food and drinks. **Overview:**

Here at Fogg Street Lawn Club are seeking full time and part time servers, Saturday and Sunday mornings availability, soccer enthuasist is a plus, which will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of guest satisfaction. We pride ourselves in exceeding expectations through self-accountability and assisting fellow team members.

**Responsibilities:**

● Ensures the highest quality product reaches our guest and meets specifications.

● Guest-first attitude, prioritizing the guest experience. We have a unique concept, let's get people excited about it

● Assists in training new staff members within their department if applicable.

● Assists with hosting and/or food running shifts once a week.

● Ensures a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation and training.

● Ensures that all productivity and quality standards are maintained.

● Maintains high-level of knowledge regarding the company's products and happenings, and communicates properly to guests; establishes rapport with all guests through name recognition.

● Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management and moves with a sense of urgency.

● Adheres to responsible alcohol service established by company policy.

● Understands and utilizes all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program and reports any accidents to management.

● Adheres to all company policies and procedures as established in the Staff Member Handbook.

**Skills:**

-● One to two years restaurant in a high volume Food and Beverage environment preferred.

● Ability to interact professionally with all parts of the house.

● Good judgment and decision making abilities.
