Join a team that cares We're looking for compassionate Resident Assistants to support seniors with daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and a safe, welcoming environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Report changes in resident condition and ensure accurate documentation
- Help maintain a clean, safe living environment
- Support social activities, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
- What We're Looking For:
- Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred
- A caring attitude and respect for seniors
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
