We're looking for a Full-time Wait Staff (Servers, Bartenders, Bussers, Food Runners) to join our team

Manka Peruvian Cuisine reimagines the culinary landscape by seamlessly merging the the flavors of Peruvian cuisine where genuine cooking and stylish flair intertwine. Manka Peruvian Cuisine takes our guests on a journey to Peru through their dining experience here in Carlsbad.

We are passionate people serving individuals seeking to indulge in a multi-sensory experience that transcends boundaries and brings you to a place of intimate experience. Our aim is to attract and hire talented individuals seeking to share unique dining environments that will transport themselves and our guests to authentic discovery of food, passion and experiences.

What are we looking for?

*Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast pace environment

*All that apply should have a flexible schedule and be available work on weekends and holidays

*An outgoing, positive, and friendly attitude is required, as is maintaining a proactive approach to solving any and all guest questions and problems

*All applicants should enjoy working with others and operate as a team, execute well under pressure, and be able to multi-task.
