Role Responsibilities

• Work on research projects with leading AI labs involving complex, real-world codebases.
• Perform advanced programming tasks such as debugging, refactoring, and writing robust test cases.
• Contribute high-quality code across diverse languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with AI researchers and engineering teams on experimental and production-grade systems.
• Deliver reliable, well-structured solutions that meet high technical and quality standards.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, Go, or C#.
• Strong background in building, maintaining, or contributing to complex software systems.
• Experience working with large-scale codebases or making significant open-source contributions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to reason through complex technical challenges.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, research-driven environment.
• Availability to commit at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up based on project needs.
