Position Overview: As a Barista at Gennaro's Coffee Co., you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting delightful coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks following our specific recipes.
• Operate coffee equipment, ensuring the quality of each drink.
• Engage with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience is a must.
• English Speaking is a must
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
