This is a varied, challenging role in a talented team where you’ll be focused on BAU support, monitoring, and maintenance of high-availability systems

Essential:

• Experience supporting e-commerce sites or transactional systems, with 1000s of daily users

• Prior experience in a 24/7 shift-based IT support environment

• Microsoft Windows Server (IIS, NLB, RDS)

• VMWare and/or Hyper-V virtualisation

• Active Directory, DNS

Nice-to-have:

• PowerShell Scripting
