We are hiring a Client Operations Manager to own the systems and workflows that sit at the center of onboarding, billing, and leadership execution.
This is not a clerical role. This is an accountability and operations role designed for someone who enjoys building processes, improving systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Own
Client Onboarding & Offboarding
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience for new and departing clients
- Coordinate across tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Ensure timelines, documentation, and expectations are clear and consistently executed
- Follow up with clients to ensure we have everything we need to successfully onboard a client
Billing & Invoicing Oversight
- Oversee client billing and invoicing with a strong emphasis on automation
- Help design, test, and improve automated billing workflows (QuickBooks Online, Zapier, etc.)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve billing exceptions and edge cases
- Generate invoices in the system as needed for invoices that aren't automated
Process & Automation
- Document workflows and identify opportunities to automate or simplify processes
- Partner with leadership to test and roll out operational improvements
- Ensure processes are scalable, repeatable, and easy for teams to follow
Leadership & Administrative Support
- Support the leadership team by pulling reports, metrics, and data for meetings
- Track projects, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure execution
- Serve as a central point of coordination for operational initiatives

- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Experience managing workflows, systems, or client-facing operations
- Comfort working with tools such as QuickBooks Online, ADP, Karbon, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Ability to think in processes, not just tasks
- Clear, professional written communication skills
- High ownership mentality — you follow things through to completion

Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year
