Job Summary:
Durable Products is a manufacturing company that produces high-quality rubber components for the automotive and transportation industries. We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join our production team.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production and assembly equipment
• Manufacture rubber parts according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing/production environment
• Standing for long periods, lifting, and handling materials as required
