Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Cashier to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position involves managing guest at the host stand, handling transactions, and taking to go orders. This position will revive to go tips on top of the base pay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
• Process customer orders accurately using a POS system.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.
• Support the overall operations of the restaurant.
