We are seeking diligent Picker/Packers to join our team in San Jose, California. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our warehouse shelves based on customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your precision in picking ensures order accuracy, while your attention to packing quality ensures products reach customers safely. You will utilize handheld scanners and follow specific packing guidelines to prepare orders for dispatch. This position requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations within our logistics operations. A strong focus on safety is paramount; adherence to all safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. The role involves physical activity, including standing for long periods and regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order slips or scanner prompts.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

- Reliable and punctual attendance.
