Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Sort and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick customer orders from shelves and prepare them for shipment.
- Pack items securely, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting the logistics team.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety vests and footwear.
- Ability to perform sustained Lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic Safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
