Become a vital part of our growing fulfillment center in Durham, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking products from designated warehouse locations, meticulously packing items for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will utilize scanning technology and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy and track order progress. This role demands precision, speed, and a commitment to quality service. Working within a supportive logistics team, you will contribute to the overall success of our distribution operations. Safety is our highest priority; therefore, adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is strictly required. The role involves regular physical activity and lifting, with some tasks requiring the movement of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from specified warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup.
- Use scanners to track inventory movement and update WMS.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with receiving and stocking as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear mandatory PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment quotas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with WMS and scanning equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
