- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas using pallet jacks, dollies, or other equipment.
- Organize and stack inventory in a safe and orderly manner.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Prepare materials for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Report any damaged materials or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and guidelines related to logistics and material handling.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
