Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting of boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, bending, and lifting .
- Understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and scanning devices is a plus.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
