Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those concerning safety and the use of PPE .
- Perform tasks involving manual labor, including consistent lifting of items up to 60 lbs.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines in our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive motion and significant lifting .
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management principles.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace safety .
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
