About
We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer in Raleigh, North Carolina to join our expanding logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your tasks will include reading order sheets, locating products within the warehouse, and assembling orders with precision. Quality control is a significant aspect of this position, ensuring that the correct items are packed and that they meet our standards for presentation and protection during transit. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent organizational skills and can maintain a high level of accuracy even during busy periods. This role involves regular Lifting of various packages, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safe lifting techniques. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and the consistent use of provided PPE are mandatory. - Accurately pick products according to customer orders.
- Pack items carefully and securely for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent picking.
- Follow all warehouse Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Ensure the correct use of all required PPE.
- Keep work station clean and organized.
- Assist with stocking and inventory management as needed.
