Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanning devices.
- Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Package products securely and appropriately for shipping, selecting the correct materials.
- Label packages with necessary shipping and tracking information.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and box cutters safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a picking/packing role or general warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and order fulfillment workflows.
