Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare shipments for transit, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with an emphasis on Safety.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and processing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience or knowledge of logistics operations is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for using warehouse systems.
- Commitment to following Safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player attitude.
