We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing and shipment of customer orders. Your duties will encompass receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise, all while upholding rigorous quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for packing and shipment.
- Pack items securely, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Process shipments using our shipping software and carrier systems.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning Safety.
- Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for order tracking and inventory updates.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Must be capable of Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes.
