Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency in logistics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage schedules and assignments for the warehouse team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures and experience implementing safety programs.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in the use of required PPE.
