Our Orlando, Florida facility is seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an essential part of our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment center.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed established productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or packing role is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to handle lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
- Dedication to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
