This role is the backbone of our e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring that customers receive their items quickly and correctly. Responsibilities include navigating the warehouse to retrieve items using pick lists or scanners, inspecting products for damage, packaging items securely for transit, and preparing orders for shipping. We value accuracy, speed, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess good organizational skills, and be a team player. Experience with order fulfillment or warehouse settings is beneficial. We provide comprehensive training, including detailed safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE.
