Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, or a related analytical field (internships or relevant coursework considered)
• Strong financial modeling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills required
• Experience in capital markets, securitization, liquidity planning, capital planning, data analysis, and asset/liability management preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Corporate financial analysis and ability to build financial models including three statement models and securitization models
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must have a strong understanding of database structure and queries, and the ability to use SQL, Power BI and Power Pivot
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive and curious mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow across various Treasury functions

Treasury Analyst Description:

• Support daily Treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity reporting
• Assist with the development and maintenance of financial models used for cash, liquidity, and capital planning
• Help track, analyze, and reconcile Treasury transactions, including commercial paper, intercompany loans, and other funding activities
• Prepare materials and data analysis to support rating agency reviews, investor requests, and funding transactions
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of securitizations, warehouse facilities, and other funding programs under the direction of senior Treasury team members
• Support the development and maintenance of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and related process automation initiatives
• Compile and analyze data related to ALM, liquidity metrics, and other Treasury risk management frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Risk, Legal, etc.) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in Treasury processes
• Support ad hoc analysis and projects related to funding, capital structure, or cash management
