Job Summary
Comprehensive Therapy Children's Center is seeking a dedicated, compassionate full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team in Canton, GA. We specialize in serving children ages birth to 21 with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.

This position is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping children communicate, enjoys working closely with families, and values a supportive, collaborative clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
  • Track and document progress in accordance with Medicaid and insurance requirements using our EMR.
  • Adjust therapy approaches as needed to maximize progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare providers to ensure consistency of care.
  • Educate and coach families on home carryover strategies.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Georgia SLP license and ASHA CCCs (will consider strong CF candidates with pediatric experience).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional growth and staying current on best practices.

Position Details

  • Flexible Schedule: Core clinic hours are Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM; schedule flexibility is available, including part-time / after school hours, and Friday's if desired.
  • Primarily in-clinic sessions
  • Competitive hourly compensation
