Server

Belle Haven Country Club seeks Full-Time and Part-time Servers. We offer excellent starting wages/tips/service gratuities. We offer flexible shifts. 

 · Greet all members, guests and associates in a warm and enthusiastic manner. 

· Present menu, specials, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation.

· Write, memorize or transpose order into the POS system with accuracy.

· Relay order or special food / drink preparation to kitchen and service bar.

· Observe and follow-up with members and guests that we exceeded or met ordered requests. Make certain any further or additional requests are needed or observe meal(s) / drink(s) have been satisfactorily prepared prior to leaving.

· Clear, clean, sanitize and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each meal.

· Notify a manager immediately of any guest issues, unfamiliar questions or complaints or issues.

· Use proper etiquette guidelines for seating members and guests.

· Practice and observe all health and safety rules and procedures.

· Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.

· Maintain and follow all credit handling procedures.

Ability to accurately use various POS software. 

Must have 2 plus years as a Server in a dining room restaurant establishment. Must be willing and available to wok weekend shifts.
