We are looking for servers to assist in our new years festivity events, the position is temporary from 12/27-1/3 and can lead to a full time position for next season

Servers 27-35 per hour DOE

Bartender 30-37 per hour DOE

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Tu Tu' Tun Lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your contributions will directly enhance our guests' overall experience at our beautiful lodge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or other systems.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas according to health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems like OpenTable is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
