Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Job Summary

Absolute Caring Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in their homes with daily living needs. Our mission is to help individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, and transfers
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Assist clients with community outings, appointments, and errands as needed
• Document daily care notes accurately and on time
• Follow client care plans, agency policies, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all clients

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a DHS background study
• PCA experience preferred but not required — we provide full training
• Must have reliable transportation (required)
• Must be reliable, responsible, and have strong communication skills
• Must have a valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
