Piper Electric Co., a leader in the Service, Oil, Gas, Electrical sector, is seeking qualified Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic and growing team We are scaling up for significant operational growth and would like to explore the possibilities with you.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, schedule and implement daily manpower, inventory material, tools, and equipment
- Educate crew members and peers on NEC compliance & installation efficiencies
- Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement. Quality vs. Quantity
- Entry level utilization of financial data to improve profitability. Purchase regulates and control material inventory
- Strong Industrial project experience
- Journeyman or Master License
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the industrial electrical field
- Knowledge of NEC requirements and strong trade skills
- Able to pass Background / Drug Test
- Valid Drivers License / Clean MVR
Comp and benefits
- $48/hr – $55/hr DOE
- Exceptionally competitive, transparent and achievable per project performance bonus structure based on safety, under hours and increases to bid margins.
