A fast-scaling material handling systems group is looking for a
Warehouse Solutions Sales Engineer
to help lead the charge as they grow from a mid-sized operation into a nine-figure systems business. If you love blending engineering, problem-solving, and customer interaction — and you get fired up about building real warehouse solutions — this role hits the sweet spot.

What You'll Be Selling + Building

You'll step in
after the sales team uncovers an opportunity
and take the lead on engineering the right solution. Projects will range from simple to highly technical, including:

  • Pallet rack & engineered rack systems
  • High-density storage technologies
    like radio shuttle
  • Conveyor systems & sortation
  • Modular warehouse solutions
    and facility redesigns
  • CAD-driven layouts, modeling, and solution architecture

If it moves, stores, flows, or optimizes product inside a warehouse — you'll be the one designing it.

What You'll Do

  • Own the
    technical discovery
    and solution design process.
  • Translate customer needs into
    CAD models, layouts, and engineered concepts
    .
  • Partner with sales to scope, price, and pitch warehouse systems.
  • Support internal teams through project handoff and execution.
  • Influence millions in systems revenue ($5M–$10M+ tied to your work annually).

Ideal Candidate

  • CAD skills (required)
  • Engineering background (mechanical, industrial, or similar)
  • Experience with
    rack, conveyor, warehouse systems, or automation
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and jumping into complex designs
