Project Coordinator Job Summary Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and provide high-level administrative support across departments in our Fort Collins, CO office. This position plays a vital role in maintaining and improving efficiencies, supporting cross-functional teams, and overseeing key operational systems - particularly in the areas of inventory, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the distribution and inventory management of all office equipment and supplies to ensure accountability and readiness across teams.
- Review police reports, letters of intent, and other critical documents, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in office procedures, communication, and workflow to optimize operations.
- Coordinate and supervise overall office operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Act as a primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients, fostering clear and effective communication.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and team events, supporting leadership and department heads.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry and reporting as needed across various platforms.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and contribute to the development of updated procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and other departments, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and accountability.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in office administration or operations is a plus.
