System Administrator

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Mid-Level System Administrator to join our IT team. This role involves managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in system administration, networking, and cloud technologies, with a focus on developing their expertise in solution architecture and systems engineering within a dynamic environment.

Duties

· Operates VMware 8.5, Dell R6625 hosts, Pure Storage, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and PKI, MS Defender Endpoint for Servers and related MS Defender Vulnerability Management

· Patching, backups, AD GPOs, file/print management, and scripting automation.

· Manages Pure Storage, Druva backups, replication, and restore validation.

· Group Certification: VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, PowerShell, Pure Storage PCP, VMCE or equivalent

· Primary Tools: VMWare console, MS Entra, MS Intune, MS Suite of products, Team Dynamix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, VMware Certified Professional).
• Proven experience with system administration in a multi-platform environment (Windows/Linux/UNIX).
• Required certification in MCSA, PowerShell

Pay: $70, $84,770.09 per year
