Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our indoor pistol, rifle, and archery range. This role involves providing exceptional service to members and guests, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check customers into the range, confirming required waivers and safety documents
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, knowledgeable manner
• Book lane reservations, classes, and private lessons
• Sell memberships and provide accurate information about membership options, benefits, and pricing
• Give guided tours of the facility to prospective members and guests
• Process transactions for retail items, rentals, and services
• Restock merchandise, rental gear, and supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Support staff and management with additional tasks as needed
• Uphold all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all customers

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in an environment where firearms and archery equipment are present
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is a plus
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time and full-time positions may be available
• Weekdays, evenings, and weekends required based on business needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 32 per week
