Interstate Window & Door Company is looking for a hands-on individual that has supervised in a Lean-focused Production environment to lead one of our central departments — one of the most critical stages in our manufacturing process. As a Production Supervisor, you'll guide your team using techniques championed by those applying continuous improvement. You will lead daily production activities, ensure your area meets established goals, and maintain equipment, quality, and safety standards while coaching operators and associates. This role is highly visible, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with people, stabilizing processes, and driving continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of production supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to build engagement and lead a team with clarity and consistency
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Schedule

• Associates currently work day shift w/ occasional Saturdays as needed
